Canada has extremely stringent licensing requirements for importing NHPs in to Canada. If your products are made in another country and you want to capitalize on the Canadian market, you will require a Site License holder to import your products for you, in addition to having your foreign manufacturer licensed. An NPN does not authorize a product for import on it's own.
